ABOUT ME
I started my fitness journey in 2018 — tired, curious, and completely unsure where it would lead. By 2020, I was hosting free virtual classes for over 100 women during the COVID lockdown. Since then, it’s been a journey filled with wins, pivots, deep lessons, and a whole lot of growth.
I’ve trained, studied, and built experience over the years — but nothing has taught me more than showing up for real women, every day. That’s what matters to me: helping you build something that lasts.
